Harry and Andrew Hecht are a father and son team, working side-by-side to bring comfort and quality to Lyman.

Harry Hecht, who has a lifelong love for food, stories and congregating with friends and family, is focused on providing excellent service for our guests. His passion comes from a history of sharing memorable moments with loved ones around dinner tables, all over the east coast. His desire to try new foods, libations, cultures and cuisines, has provided him with countless moments of joy that he wants to replicate for our guests. Harry has a decorated career as a business owner, and father, spanning 50 years of professional experience. When not at The Liminal, Harry enjoys time with his wife, Jean, his children Andrew and Caisi, and his two dogs.

Andrew Hecht is a career restaurant professional, with over 15 years of experience. He has dedicated his life to his craft, allowing him to work in a wide array of restaurant styles, themes, and cultural backgrounds. Andrew found his passion for cooking as a child, through his parents, Harry and Jean. As a young boy, Andrew would watch his mother cooking, and ask to stir pots, add salt or help peel potatoes at the kitchen table. As he got older, Harry introduced him to different cultures and customs by taking him to different restaurants, opening his eyes to the world of food. Andrew loves to work with any and all types of styles, cuisines and flavors, emphasizing both tradition and a blending of culture. His drive to create dishes that are locally sourced, sustainable, and unique comes from a desire to grow within the community. When not at The Liminal, Andrew and his Fiancé, Caitlin, spend their time dining at other restaurants, and exploring the local area with their dog, Chonks.
